Welcome to Herly. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set the rules for the use of the Herly application (“the App”), developed and maintained by an independent developer (“we,” “our,” “us,” “me,” or “mine”). By downloading and using the App, you accept the practices described in these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the App.
1. Use of the Application
Herly is an application designed to help users record and review their blood pressure measurements. It does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Any information in the App is for reference only and should not replace consultation with a healthcare professional.
2. Plans and Subscriptions
The App is available on the Apple App Store. It can be downloaded and used for free with basic features. A Pro version is also offered, which unlocks all of the App’s capabilities and can be activated through:
Annual Subscription: Full access to all features while the subscription is active. The subscription is managed through the App Store and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
One-Time Payment (Unlimited Access): Grants full access to all Pro features with no recurring payments required.
All purchases and subscriptions are managed through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. We do not have access to your payment information and do not manage refunds. For any questions regarding charges, renewals, or cancellations, please refer to Apple’s policies.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights to the App, including but not limited to its design, content, code, patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use the App in any way other than as permitted in these Terms.
4. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and no guarantees are made that it will be error-free or available at all times. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the App. The App does not replace medical advice from a healthcare professional. Always consult a specialist before making any decisions regarding your health.
5. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated in the future if there are changes to the App or its features. In the event of significant changes, users will be notified within the App or through another appropriate channel.
