Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 24, 2025
Welcome to Herly. This Privacy Policy outlines how information is handled in the Herly app (“the App”), developed and maintained by an independent developer (“we”, “our”, “us”, “me”, or “my”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information Stored
Herly respects your privacy and does not collect or store data on any external servers. The App allows users to log and review information related to their blood pressure. All user-entered data, including:

Last name (if provided by the user),
Date of birth (optional),
Medications (if the user logs them),
Blood pressure readings,
is stored exclusively on the user’s device and, if iCloud sync is enabled, in their iCloud account via CloudKit. We do not have access to this information, nor do we collect it on our own servers or third-party servers.
2. Data Managed by Apple
Apple handles certain data related to the download and purchase of the App, including:
Download records from the App Store
Payment and subscription information
This data is managed by Apple under its own privacy policies, which you can review at: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
3. Use of Third-Party Services
To manage in-app purchases, we use RevenueCat, a third-party service that may collect data to process subscriptions and purchases.
RevenueCat may collect information such as:
App launch events
Device information (model, operating system)
Usage data related to purchases
A user identifier assigned by RevenueCat
For more details on how RevenueCat handles data, please refer to their Privacy Policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
4. Analytics and Tracking
Currently, the App does not collect analytics data or use any third-party tracking tools. If any analytics system is implemented in the future, this policy will be updated and users will be informed accordingly.
5. Data Security
Since data is stored on the user’s device and in iCloud (if sync is enabled), its security depends on the protective measures taken by the user, such as using a passcode or biometric authentication. We recommend keeping your device secure at all times.
6. Links to External Sites
The app may include links to external websites, for example, to provide additional information related to blood pressure. These sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy practices before interacting with them.
7. User Rights
Since the app does not store any data on our own servers, users have full control over their information and can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app or managing it directly within the app.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if there are changes to the app or how data is handled. Users will be notified of any significant updates within the app or through another appropriate channel.
9. Contact
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, you can reach out via the “Contact & Support” section on the Herly website (https://herly.app/contact-form) or send an email to info@herly.app.
